Room rate for 101-120 and 203-204 for 2 pax per room , for additional person add 50% of room rate at that date, a child less than 12 years is free of charge.

Room rate for 201-202 for 4 pax per room, for additional person add 25% of room rate at that date.

Room 101-108 and 201-204 have computer and internet ready to use.

Room 109-120 have LAN cable ready to connect to Notebook computer.

Room 1,2 rate is for 4 pax.

Room 3-6 rate is for 2 pax.

All rooms have hot shower.

All above rates are inclusive of in-room internet service and breakfast (started at Nov11,2008 until Jan31,2009).

1. Reservation service will be started from Jul 1, 2008 time 9.00 am.
2. Phone reservation working hour is 9.00 am to 6.00 pm.
3. For one night reservation, full payment will be paid in advance. For 2 nights and up, 50% deposit will be paid in advance in order to confirm the room reservation.
4. All customer (domestic) can transfer payment for room accommodation on account as follows.
   Bangkok Bank , Pai Branch, Saving Account, Number 707-0-03343-1, Account name "Villa de Pai". Please transfer within 7 days after making reservation contact. We reserve the right to cancel the reservation after 7 days of no transfer.

6. Since Jul 1, 2008 you can make resevation via email at reservation@villadepai.com , be sure to include the following information : your name, date of check-in and check-out.
7. You can check availability of our rooms at reservation table page .
8. Once transfer completed, we will hold your room(s), no matter what time you arrive Pai. We will not cancel your room to other person.
9. In case of cancellation, we hold the right to return deposit.
10. To change your reservation please send your new information with reference number to reservation@villadepai.com as soon as possible or call (66) 0-5369-9109 , please note that the room may not be available at your new request date. No fee for changing reservation. Please inform us at lease 10 days before check in date.
